Your role
We're looking for someone to put our brand into words. Every week, on every channel. This is high-level production work, not strategy. Positioning, messaging and tone of voice are already in place. Your job is to apply them consistently and make them work in every format.
You'll write for a B2B software company with a technical product and a non-technical audience. The standard is simple: does a busy person in marketing or real estate read past the first line and understand what we do?
The volume is high and ongoing. We want someone who stays and builds real product knowledge, not a rotating cast of freelancers. That's why this role is also open as a permanent position.
Social media
- LinkedIn posts for the company, several times a week, for both products
- Ghostwriting for founders and team members, in their own voice
- Paid social copy for Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, including test variants
- Scripts and captions for short-form video
Website
- Landing pages for products, use cases and campaigns
- Product and feature pages
- Rewrites of existing pages as our positioning evolves
- SEO-focused copy based on a keyword brief
Other channels
- Email: nurture sequences, newsletters, outbound emails, event follow-ups
- Sales material: deck copy, one-pagers, case studies
- Trade show material, including booth copy and print
- PR and thought leadership, written for a named author
- Product copy where marketing and product meet, such as onboarding and in-product text
How you'll work
- You'll work from briefs, a messaging framework, a tone of voice guide and a list of approved and banned terms. You stick to them.
- We give you the material: customer interviews, sales calls, product documentation and contacts across the team. We expect you to work with it, not write from imagination.
- You deliver in our tools and shared documents, ready to publish, not as drafts.
- You work to a content calendar with fixed deadlines.
- Whether you use AI tools is up to you. What matters to us is the result, not how you get there. Copy that sounds like generic output gets sent back.
